Amber Henson

Amber is a 46-year old native of Jonesboro, who is truly a people-person and has built outstanding relationships with clients for both  commercial and residential. She has built a successful business and is consistently one of the top selling agents in the area. 

After living in Little Rock for 18 years, her passion for live horse racing and love for the lake brought her to Hot Springs on a full-time basis. With an extensive background in sales, marketing, and finance, she decided on a career in real estate. 

Her patience, attention to detail, innovative ideas and work ethic are what help her get deals closed. Her knowledge of the area, particularly the fast-growing downtown district and proven track record make Amber the right choice for you. She is very well versed in development plans for downtown Hot Springs, state and Federal tax credits, the Opportunity Zone, as well as what it takes to work with the city in order to get permits, license, etc.  Amber has had success in closing numerous properties in downtown. She also works with building owners to lease and manage their properties.
